Our picture of the week goes to 8 year old Esme from Minneapolis.
Her picture was inspired by: ‘The Two Silly Witches’ told by Emily Hannah Grazebrook. A very imaginative drawing Esme.
I love all the details – the knotted strings the two girls made to bring on the rain, the swirling patterns to show the magic taking place and all the townspeople standing on the hill looking very angry! Thank goodness their mother witch returned and stopped the rain. I would rather like to have their mum around in the UK at the moment to make a spell to stop it raining so much here! Thanks for sharing this picture. It’s super great.
