Seven year old Sophie drew an entertaining illustration of the story from Sicily: Mama Draga. It’s so imaginative the way you’ve shown the bucket at the top of the well and the ogress in Mama Draga’s home at the bottom. And we like the way you’ve drawn speech bubbles with Mama Draga telling sulky Angelina what to do. Angelina isn’t very keen is she? I wouldn’t like a comb that gushed toads, spiders and horse manure – would you? Yuckety yuck yuck yuck! Thanks for sharing your picture Sophie.
